Parental/Guardian Consent
I consent to my child entering into the 2023 Equestrian Canada Horse Day Drawing contest and for their drawing being posted online on the Equestrian Canada (EC) website at
www.equestrian.ca. I hereby grant to EC the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the image uploaded for the Horse Day Drawing contest, created by my child, for use in connection with the activities of EC or for promoting, publicizing or explaining EC or its activities. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my child’s drawing appears. This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in any of EC’s promotional materials and website, in any format and media available to
EC now or in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, CD, DVD and electronic/online media.
